Here are just a few of the many financial services we can provide for your Homeowners Association:
Collections: Bill and collect all general assessments, special assessments and other miscellaneous billing, as they become due and payable, from all HOA members.
Deposits: Deposit all receipts from whatever source into an account or accounts in a financial institution insured by an agency of the Federal Government.
Banking: Maintain checking and other income accounts such as savings and reserve accounts. Ensure all income accounts are properly reconciled each month.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Maintain a record of income and expenses. Prepare and disburse payment of charges and obligations incurred by the HOA.
Reports: On a monthly basis, prepare and distribute the financial reports necessary to properly and accurately inform the Board of Directors of the current financial standing of the HOA.
Budget: Prepare and submit an annual operating budget to the Board of Directors. The budget will include an analysis of repair and maintenance needs, operating expenses and any capital improvements anticipated for that period. Reserve Fund requirements, where applicable, will also be included.
Information Returns: Maintain a current record of W-9 forms and insurance certificates for each contractor. Prepare and distribute information returns such as IRS form 1099.
Accountant: Provide to an accountant or accounting firm of the HOA's choosing all financial reports required to file annual Federal and State tax and information returns.
